Expert guidesfor your career

By François Dumora · OIT / ILO

The first guide in the ILO Building my future at work series, designed to help young people clarify a realistic and motivating career project. It walks you through a step-by-step method: identify your interests, understand constraints (location, family, finances), explore real occupations and build a multi-week action plan. The PDF includes self-assessment exercises, career path examples from Francophone Africa and tips for working with an employment counsellor or mentor. Ideal if you are finishing school, considering a career change or torn between several paths.
